Other faves are the combos where you get your choice of 2 meats and 2 sides. The salmon and burnt ends are a must try as well.

We entered Jack Stack BBQ at about 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The clearly popular restaurant had a 30 min wait time for a party of two, but sat us immediately at the bar with the option of ordering from the full menu. We ended up staying at the bar top and were met with great service from the bar tender/server.
