I used the front "frame" and the rear center suspension point. It was rock solid and allowed me to lower it down on the jack stands with ease. There was no flexing or anything either. Insert the jack lever and attach the wheel brace to tyre jack. Turn the jack handle clockwise and raise the vehicle high enough so that the spare tyre can be installed.
