If it were me, for a CRF230F, I'd source a good used 36mm Mikuni BCS CV carb. The DRZ guys are taking them off thier 400's when nearly new and selling them for $50 to $75 bucks. A CV type carb somewhat compensates for the elevation change due to vacuum perting the needle and the larger bore may permit a 'deeper breath' by the engine.Anyone know anything about the Lectron carbs.
