I can’t log onto my iPad DirectTv stream but no problem with main tv or iPhone: “care code 201” ...2 years ago. I am locked out of my email on any desktop I try. I got this notice CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]. I am afraid to try logging in again because I have already changed my password twice in the last few weeks. I don't want to change it again, and I really shouldn't have to if ATT worked properly. I can still get mail on my iphone.I used the Stream one as the provider. I think at this point it's just something messed up with my account and will take it up w/ help desk. As an additional note, my account is with AT&T and the accounts are linked there.
