The Kel-Tec manual says my P-32 will accept +P ammo but not for continuous use. I have been using various brands of 71g for practice and some Fiocchi 73 FMJ, which is what I have loaded when I carry.Streching it. I use the P32 for a pocket pistol and it's a great one. I prefer to use it without the magazine/grip extension for better concealment and less printing.
