The various "Worlds" (Quantum World, Happy Builder, Dweller Must Die, etc) deletes your progression when they roll over. So when Quantum Worlds rolls around again the progress you make now will be deleted. The "Worlds" are just for mucking around in with no consequences. You can use them with absolutely no danger of messing up.

The only thing I want with Public Worlds is Happy Builder and Dweller Must Die are permanent. I am certain a ton of builders will permanently move to Happy Builder and a ton of people looking for an actual challenge will permanently move to Dweller Must Die if they were permanent. The other Public Worlds can burn for all I care. 76 is not some sort of single player testing environment. It's about survival, character progression, social interaction and community. Ow, and the builders can use the caves/vaults or dungeons to express and show their creativity. They don't need to buy an isolated private world to do that.
