Actiontiles weather not working.

Just finished one for my rec room in the basement - it's a Fire 10. Works on desktops and most tablets, but it is a blank tile on all Fire Tablets. I even tried developer mode in 5.6.x in FireOS and tested various setting but the tile still does not show up. They used to work fine, but for the last couple weeks or so they go back and forth between working and a loading screen. 2nd screenshot shows an example of the loading screen.
