What are your opinions for both PvP and PvE? Are some of the slashing swords better? Buy the magic weapon spell from Griggs of Vinhein and enchant your Estoc with it. At your current intelligence using the sorcerer's catalyst, it will add 122 magic damage to your weapon.

It's going to depend mostly on how which moveset you like best. Estoc has best range and highest base damage. Rapier is short, but has the best crit damage and is the lightest.
