I've seen in some reviews and posts cemu BotW running at a solid 60fps on the Ally. The Ally runs about 10-20% faster than the steam deck depending on the game at 15watts(steam deck max I think) and the Ally can go up to 25watts hand held and 30 plugged in. Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game.
