Organic supports seem to be more prone to this issue from the amount of reports seen where this is happening. If the part itself is sticking fine then instead of increasing the brim size which is a part setting, increase the Support Material>First Layer expansion setting. That in effect is the 'brim' size of support bases.

One trick I use (and suggest) for things like this is to cut out a section (such as one section of an overhanging clip on your model) and do a test print of that to see how it works without support material.
