Rear Fuse Block Problems. Hello all, it's my first time to post here and though it's a long story I'll try to make it short as possible. I have a 2009 DTS whose fuel pump quit running. I found the socket for terminal 30 of the fuel pump relay was burnt as was the relay itself. I replaced the fuel pump with a Delphi unit identical to the original.Your fan temp sequencing is a bit different from mine - I believe that, with no HVAC functions turned on, your 2007 DTS fans should go to SLOW at about 215 degrees and FAST at about 225. The engine cools to about 210, fans turn OFF, the cycle repeats - in heavy traffic or at extended idle. Fans do not normally run at over 30 mph or so - not needed.
